Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program delivery for Teleradiology solutions, from onboarding to steady-state operations
Coordinate across radiologists, clinical operations, IT, product, and customer stakeholders
Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, and regulatory requirements
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, NABH)
Drive continuous improvement in report turnaround time (TAT), quality, and service reliability
Support hospital integrations (PACS/RIS, EMR) and rollout of new features or workflows
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of program or project management experience in
healthcare
Prior experience in
teleradiology, radiology operations, PACS/RIS, or healthcare IT
Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare compliance
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external healthcare partners
Proven experience in Healthcare Operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
Experience working with radiologists or diagnostic service providers
Experience scaling healthcare or digital health programs
