Role Overview
The Program Lead - Entrepreneurship & Innovation Initiatives will lead the design, implementation, and management of ATF's incubation and entrepreneurship programs. The role requires strong program management capabilities, entrepreneurial acumen, and the ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders across the startup, innovation, and social impact ecosystem.
You will manage hybrid (digital + physical) incubation programs, support startups through mentorship and capacity building, and lead communication, outreach, and reporting efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about enabling impact through technology and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Design & Implementation
Develop and execute program plans with clear milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
Manage digital and in-person components of the program, ensuring smooth delivery and accessibility.
2. Outreach & Communications
Lead the program's outreach and communication strategy across digital and social platforms.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners, academic institutions, and networks to maximize reach and engagement.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with mentors, experts, speakers, and partners to deliver high-quality sessions.
Facilitate engagement with Board members, investors, and ecosystem enablers.
4. Event Management
Curate and organize innovation bootcamps, challenges, and community events.
Oversee logistics, partner participation, and accessibility considerations for all events.
5. Entrepreneur Support & Mentorship
Conduct startup needs assessments and map relevant mentors and experts.
Provide hands-on support to entrepreneurs, monitor progress, and ensure milestone completion.
6. Grant & Partnership Management
Oversee grant disbursement, compliance, and utilization in line with contractual obligations.
Support documentation and partner reporting requirements.
7. Reporting & Knowledge Management
Prepare regular progress reports, case studies, and success stories.
Capture program insights to inform future design and scale-up.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Social Innovation, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in program management, preferably within startups, innovation ecosystems, or social impact initiatives.
Proven experience managing hybrid incubation or entrepreneurship programs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (presentations, MIS data, project tracking, etc.).
Experience in stakeholder management across government, NGOs, corporates, and youth networks.
Preferred Skills
Experience with inclusive program design and accessibility for PwDs.
Background in startup or innovation ecosystems.
Strong multitasking ability and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Passion for social innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology for impact.
Remuneration:
The salary for this role is in the range of ?10-12 LPA, with the final offer depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall alignment with the role.
