Free Smile Foundation is a Youth Driven National NGO registered organization, under society's registration Act 21, of 1860 by Government of Uttarakhand. FSF dedicated for Youth Development, Environment, Animal care, Rural Education & Human Right related issues.

We are seeking a Program Intern to support our ongoing programs and assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of new initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in program management and development in the non-profit sector

Key Responsibilities

As a Program Intern, you will work with the Program team to ensure the successful implementation of the Foundation's projects. Your duties will include:

Assist in project documentation, including drafting reports and preparing presentations. Support the development of project proposals and funding applications. Conduct research on topics relevant to the NGO's projects and programs. Participate in field visits to collect data and monitor project activities. Help organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and meetings. Provide general administrative support to the program team as needed. Submit regular progress reports to the team lead. Engage with beneficiaries to gather feedback and insights on the impact of the programs.

Qualification & Requirements

o Currently pursuing or completed a degree in social sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, International Relations, or a related flied.

o Strong interest in Program management and development in the NGO's sector.

o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with diverse stakeholders.

Terms Of Reference (TOR)

Objective

: To support the Program Manager in the efficient implementation and documentation of Free Smile Foundation's projects.

Expected Deliverables

Comprehensive project reports and presentations. Regular updates on program progress, challenges, and outcomes. Research briefs and proposal drafts. Field visit summaries and monitoring reports. Contributions to workshops and training sessions.

Learning Opportunities

Understanding the key components of program design, implement and evaluation. Gain hands-on experience in project management and fieldwork. Understanding the challenges and opportunities in developing community-based projects. Develop skills in research, reporting, and proposal writing. Build relationships and gain experience in coordination with partners, volunteers, and community members.
