Designation: Program Implementation Associate/Science Trainer

Experience: 1 to 3 years in relevant profile/field

Qualification:

Candidate should have completed degree in B.sc/M.sc in Physics

Candidate completed or pursuing B.ED will be an added advantage

Good inter personal, communication and presentation skills.

Selection Criteria:

Experience in training Student or Teachers in Physics Concepts

Proficient in Regional Language

Good Communication Skill

Key Responsibility Area:

Training of Teachers

Knowledge sharing and Hand Holding.

Content Development

Planning and Conducting Demonstrations

Maintenance of MSC Models.

Encouraging Teachers to change pedagogy.

Encouraging two-way Communication with stakeholders.

School identification and creating MIS Report as per corporate requirement.

Effectively obtaining Permission from education officer and getting school list

of government and government aided schools.

Emphasize on making average school to a model school

Impact Assessment (Analysis, program implementation and documentation)

Perform other duties as assigned time to time

Receiving request letter from schools.

Ability to handle corporate's requirements.

Report Writing (Tanning & implementation report)

Inculcation ownership amongst teachers

Talent Recognition and documentation (Success stories)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
