Job Description
- Spearheading a team of Program Managers
- Steering business development in Yes premia channel.
- Driving strong relationship with Channel Partners; directing teams for attaining sales objectives in alignment with business goals by acquiring NTB customers.
- Contributing to enhancing profitability by motivating teams; leading activities for expansion and strategic alliance l structure, risk management policies and business planning
- Enhancing customer satisfaction matrices through suitable product offerings and resolving customer complaints
- Maintaining healthy business relations with key clients & channel partners and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Exploring new business opportunities to increase market share such as making presentation to the clients
- Managing marketing functions like product planning & roadmaps, consultation and business development for significant growth.
