Key Responsibilities

1. Hosting & Facilitation

Act as the primary host for workshops, live sessions, and community events. Represent Catalystia with professionalism, energy, and warmth across all platforms. Facilitate live sessions confidently--managing flow, participant engagement, and smooth transitions. Support expert facilitators with handoffs and real-time troubleshooting.

2. Session Operations

Plan and coordinate all session logistics (scheduling, prep, dry runs, tools). Serve as POC for facilitators, ensuring they're briefed and ready. Maintain prep docs, SOPs, and session timelines. Refine presentation materials to meet Catalystia's standards.

3. Participant Engagement

Design creative engagement initiatives before, during, and after sessions. Coordinate promotional assets with marketing (teasers, spotlights, event updates). Track participant feedback and metrics to improve experiences. Develop new formats, activities, and post-program engagement ideas.

4. Visual & Learning Design

Create visually compelling slide decks, templates, and engagement tools. Collaborate with Learning Design to align visuals with learning outcomes. Produce post-session assets (summaries, social content, quote cards). Support in designing participant journeys and reflection tools.

Who We're Looking For

2-5 years' experience in program coordination, event hosting, or learning facilitation. Confident presenter with proven hosting/facilitation experience. Strong organizational and operational skills. Skilled in engagement design and participant experience management. Proficient with tools like Zoom, Google Slides, Canva, Mentimeter, Slack, and PM tools. Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
