Role Overview

We are seeking a

Program Delivery Manager

to lead multidisciplinary product development programs that combine

electronics hardware, embedded firmware, software, and mechanical design

-- taking products from

concept to production

. This is not a generic IT or ERP project management role; it is a

hands-on product engineering delivery position

requiring deep technical and leadership experience in electronics and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end

program planning, execution, risk management, and delivery

of smart electronic products. Lead and coordinate

cross-functional teams

across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical engineering. Ensure close alignment between

engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality functions

. Manage delivery against

timelines, cost targets, and quality standards

. Oversee product development through

prototyping, validation, compliance, and manufacturing ramp-up

. Engage with stakeholders to ensure transparency, clarity, and alignment of project goals. Anticipate risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.

Proven track record

leading full-lifecycle delivery of engineered products (electronics + embedded + mechanical + software). Hands-on experience with

embedded systems and electronics product design processes

. Strong background in

project planning, scheduling, and delivery management

. Demonstrated ability to manage

cross-functional engineering teams

. Exposure to

regulatory standards, compliance, and manufacturing processes

. Excellent

stakeholder management and communication skills

.

Desirable / Bonus Skills

Experience in

smart metering, IoT devices, or energy management systems

. Familiarity with

quality assurance practices, certifications, and industrial standards

. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
