Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, social media) and proactively follow up.
Understand client health concerns and wellness goals to recommend suitable programs.
Explain program features, benefits, pricing, and process clearly and convincingly.
Address objections, clarify doubts, and build trust to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain CRM with updated lead status, notes, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with dietitians or program teams for onboarding or special client needs.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.
Ensure a smooth handover of clients to support teams post-enrollment.
Participate in training, updates, and team meetings regularly.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Health, Nutrition, or Life Sciences background is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer service - preferably in health, wellness, or education sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Strong listening and consultative selling ability.
Confidence in using CRM software, WhatsApp, and digital tools.
Empathetic, goal-oriented, and energetic personality.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of health/diet/nutrition/fitness-related services.
Experience in telesales or B2C counseling.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
