What You'll Do:

Coordinate fellowships, workshops & events Engage with schools, volunteers & donors Track program impact and manage data Drive alumnae engagement & community outreach

You Bring:

2-3 years of experience (freshers welcome) Master's in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Strong communication & coordination skills
