KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with the foundation's leadership to design, plan, and execute programs and initiatives that address our community's needs.
2. Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
3. Act as a liaison between the foundation, community partners, volunteers, and beneficiaries to foster effective communication and collaboration.
4. Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency.
5. Organize and oversee events, workshops, and campaigns, ensuring they align with our goals and values.
6. Support in the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers to enhance project implementation.
7. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
8. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the foundation's leadership and stakeholders.
9. To be in a position to travel if required to coordinate with various hospitals and stake holders.
10. Contribute to marketing and communication efforts to raise awareness about the foundation's projects and impact.
11. Stay informed about social trends, community needs, and relevant best practices to continually enhance our programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Community Development).
1. Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles within the nonprofit sector.
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
6. Passion for social impact and a deep commitment to our foundation's mission.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Familiarity with community outreach, event planning, and volunteer management is a plus.
