bachelor''s degree in any discipline(nursing preffered); Master in public health, Hospital Management or related field desirables.
Experience:
2-3 Experience In project coordination, preferably in matrenal and child health.
Skills:
Strong communication & Interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English(written, spoken);; Knowledge of local language is plus
Experience in M&E, community engagement, and multi stakeholder coordination
Adaptable, collaborative and committed to working in rural/tribal setting.
Employment Type: Contract (6 months) with the possibility of extension based on need and performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
Project Management
: Lead planning, implementation, budgeting, and evaluation of the project.
Stakeholder Coordination
: Collaborate with government bodies, health facilities, community leaders, and local partners.
Community Mobilization
: Conduct outreach, promote community participation, and ensure alignment with local needs.
Capacity Building
: Identify training needs and organize workshops for staff and community workers.
Monitoring & Evaluation
: Set up M&E systems, ensure regular data collection and analysis.
Reporting & Documentation
: Prepare reports, case studies, and maintain records as per standards.
Field Engagement
: Ensure active involvement in rural/tribal settings and support field teams.
