We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, and assisting with lead generation and follow-ups. Your goal will be to promote our products/services and schedule appointments or close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve queries or direct them to the concerned department.
Explain the products or services to customers and generate interest.
Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer engagement.
Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the database (CRM).
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Provide accurate information and handle customer objections professionally.
Maintain a polite and positive attitude in all conversations.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: [12th pass / Graduate - as per your requirement].
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert required languages].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Positive attitude, good listening skills, and customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts if required.
