Position: Project Co-ordinator / Operations Manager - Education Client Education team is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator with 5 - 7 years of work experience in education sector. If you are passionate about education, roll up your sleeves and join our energetic education team to support K-12 schools to use our products extensively and drive impact. To be successful in this role you need to: Interact confidently with school leaders to share benefits of using Adobe Express Drive programmatic approach in each of the school and report learnings and insights regularly. Schedule teacher training batches Articulate adobe for education mission and vision Create strategy and implementation plan and drive end - end execution Organise teacher training sessions for schools to increase usage of Express in the curriculum. Lead cross team collaboration with marketing, GTM, engineering to make sure they are able to provide the required support Demonstrate Adobe Core values Weekly reports and analytics on progress of schools Skills Understanding of education sector Leadership skills to take appropriate decisions. Transparency and active communication Excellent Communication and problem solving skills Be able to create presentations and analytical reports
