What You'll DoMonitor and manage departmental interdependencies, including resources like software and hardware, by coordinating with the Tests Team, Program Managers, Game Designers, and the Tech-Art team. Handle hardware requests and manage execution of reports and calendar activities to improve efficiency and tracking quality. Exhibit a detailed understanding of project coordination, ensuring all dependencies are addressed effectively. Understand the company's culture and business needs, addressing various unlisted and unknown dependencies. Drive upcoming resource requirements through globally located teams, ensuring timely delivery of all project streams. Multi-task and manage several project streams simultaneously, providing timely feedback and working on applications. Track training and other team deliverables to completion, ensuring all goals are successfully implemented.

What We're Looking For3+ years of experience in Project / Program coordination. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and determine priorities effectively Knowledge of project management tools and software Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
