Job Description

:

  • Accountable for achieving overall and monthly sales targets in the assigned region.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing and prospective customer networks.
  • Drive sales across all service lines by leveraging various sales approaches, including leads from hospitals, clinicians, and medical universities.
  • Conduct cold calls to engage potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Evaluate client needs and deliver tailored solutions to build productive, long-term relationships.
  • Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
  • Foster and promote strong, sustainable customer relationships by partnering closely with clients and understanding their goals.
  • Attend meetings, industry events, training sessions, and CMEs/workshops to stay current with market trends and developments.
  • Regularly follow up with HR of all units internally and the Course directors to generate qualified leads and enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate effectively with Spoke operations staff and other internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
  • Plan and execute promotional initiatives to support business growth.
