Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
Prepare project plans, trackers, and timelines as per project requirements
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, etc.)
Follow up with vendors/clients for updates, approvals, and deliveries
Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
Prepare daily/weekly MIS and share project status updates with management
Arrange meetings, prepare MOM, and track action points
Support project manager in smooth execution and closure of projects
Handle communication through email/calls professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation (Any stream)
Good knowledge of
Excel + Google Sheets
Strong follow-up & coordination skills
Good communication and drafting skills
Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Basic understanding of project execution / operations
Preferred (Added Advantage)
