Support the end-to-end operational management of the DBT training program, ensuring smooth execution aligned with program goals and timelines.
Work closely with the President & Senior Clinical Quality Manager Mpower to implement a comprehensive DBT program structure.
Support the application process: develop application forms, assist in shortlisting, and manage communication and invitations for selected trainees.
Coordinate with international stakeholders (BTECH) to organize program delivery, including managing schedules across time zones.
Proactively work within the program budget in coordination with relevant teams, ensuring accurate financial tracking, record-keeping, and alignment with allocated resources.
Ensure all aspects of the program are delivered effectively, in line with defined objectives, quality standards, and as scheduled.
2. Stakeholder management
Recruitment of potential participants for the course (Psychiatrist, Psychologists, hospitals, rehab centres, etc), actively reach out to potential participants to sign up for the course.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, IT, Outreach, Marketing, and CSR to ensure program readiness and support.
Liaise with international trainers, partners, and trainees to facilitate all program-related communication and logistics.
Trainee engagement & communication for example moderating trainee WhatsApp groups.
3. Training days & logistics management
Oversee the planning and seamless execution of in-person and online training days.
Coordinate the preparation and distribution of training materials.
Support the launch event and other promotional activities.
4. Manage trainee engagement pre - post-launch, including:
Calendarizing training and supervision sessions.
Responding to trainee FAQs via email (program inbox) and online platforms (submissions on webpage).
Providing timely updates on training schedules, content, and materials.
Actively problem solving any trainee issues and concerns in a timely manner.
5. Content & marketing support
Assist in developing content for promotional materials and program invitations.
Collaborate with the marketing team on DBT program awareness campaigns and outreach activities.
Represent the program to mental health professionals through presentations and networking opportunities.
6. Person specification
Strong background in mental health to effectively understand the DBT curriculum, support program structure implementation, and confidently respond to trainee queries related to content and training flow.
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing the operational delivery and management of one or more programs.?
Ability to work independently, managing own workload and taking initiative.?
Exceptional organisational and planning skills, with demonstrable ability to deliver to deadlines.?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate with professionalism and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Experience of managing budgets and tracking progress against key milestones.?
Experience of working in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours to accommodate international time zones.
