We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Program Manager

to plan, implement, and manage

Awareness Programs and Capacity Building initiatives

. The role involves coordination with stakeholders, field teams, trainers, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth execution of programs and achievement of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute awareness and capacity-building programs as per project guidelines Manage day-to-day program operations, timelines, and deliverables Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, trainers, and community stakeholders Organize workshops, seminars, training sessions, and outreach activities Monitor program progress, prepare reports, documentation, and presentations Ensure proper utilization of resources and compliance with donor/CSR guidelines Support mobilization, community engagement, and participant coordination Maintain accurate MIS data and submit timely reports Handle team coordination and provide guidance to field staff

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation / Post-Graduation in Social Work, Management, Development Studies, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

in program management, preferably in NGO / CSR / Government-funded projects Experience in

awareness programs, training, or capacity-building initiatives

Good computer skills

(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, online portals)

Excellent communication skills

- written and verbal Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting abilities Ability to work independently and handle multiple activities Willingness to travel locally as per program requirements

Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience working with NGOs, CSR projects, or government schemes Familiarity with community-based programs and stakeholder coordination Result-oriented, proactive, and field-friendly approach
