Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities of Program Coordinator: Research: Stay updated about the latest developments in the core area of interest to the Incubator Daily Read and Research and provide strategic direction and advise to COO Administration of the Incubator: Develop processes, procedures, and policies of the incubator and manage day-to-day activities. Provide technical and administrative support in the running of the incubator. Responsible for gathering relevant information for any grant reporting and preparing and submitting grant reports where required. Provide input into the budgeting process and regular forecasting. Provide information for management reporting and prepare reports as necessary. Drive the team operation and ensure the all milestones are hit for the growth success Manage the JUiNCUBATOR\' s COO daily activities, priority and coordinate meetings Prepare correspondence/spreadsheets/presentations/reports for the COO review and/or signature. Manage high level relationship and corporate partnerships Prepare meeting agendas and ensure the coordination and timely distribution of supporting materials; prepare and distribute minutes Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for the office Order, receive and store all office supplies; ensure adequate supplies are maintained Establish and organize the company procedures and implement the tools. Make travel and other meeting arrangements for all staff Coordinate the maintenance of all office equipment with appropriate vendors Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree 2+ year relevant experience as a program coordinator Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other database management software Experience with budget and database management Excellent communicator, both spoken and written Strong analytical and strategic thinker Desired Characteristics: Proven experience as program coordinator or relevant position Knowledge of program management and development procedures Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams Excellent time-management and organizational skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and efficient
