Program Coordinator

Location: Assam

Salary: ₹18,000+ per month (Negotiable as per experience)

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory

Experience Required: Relevant field experience mandatory

We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to support and manage capacity building and skill development programs across Assam. The role involves coordination, implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement for government-supported initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and implement capacity building programs such as

PMFME

, FOSTAC, and other skill development initiatives.

Plan, schedule, and monitor training programs and workshops across Assam.

Coordinate with trainers, vendors, government officials, and beneficiaries.

Ensure smooth execution of programs as per project guidelines and timelines.

Maintain program documentation, reports, attendance, and MIS records.

Monitor training quality and participant feedback.

Support audits, reviews, and compliance requirements.

Assist in mobilization, coordination, and post-training follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).

Prior experience in

PMFME, FOSTAC

, or similar capacity building / skill development programs (Mandatory).

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of government schemes, training programs, and reporting formats.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel within Assam as per project needs.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
