educational institutions.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Coordinator & Workshop Facilitator to lead program execution,

student engagement, and workshop delivery in the Vijayawada region.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate programs including Youth Hubs, PYGX exposure sessions, PURE Femme, soft
skills workshops, and design thinking modules.

Facilitate workshops for students in colleges and higher secondary institutions. Liaise with principals, faculty coordinators, and student leaders. Manage weekly Youth Hub meetings and student project teams. Track KPIs including attendance, workshop delivery, and student engagement. Support reporting, documentation, and basic dashboard updates. Assist in outreach campaigns, content documentation, and field coordination.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Strong communication skills in English and Telugu. Experience in facilitation, youth work, or community development preferred. Ability to manage events independently and multitask effectively. Basic proficiency with presentation tools and documentation.
Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. Travel reimbursements provided.
