We're seeking a Program Communications & Advocacy Lead to drive impactful storytelling, visibility, and digital advocacy for a national initiative focused on ending unsafe manual scavenging and promoting safe, mechanized desludging in Indian cities.
In this role, you'll shape narratives that inspire change, lead digital engagement efforts, and amplify the program's mission, partnerships, and outcomes across platforms like LinkedIn and social media.
Requirements:
What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end communications strategy and execution for the program
• Build and manage a strong presence across LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Create compelling stories, visuals, and digital campaigns that engage diverse audiences
• Design and deliver reports, videos, infographics, and advocacy materials to support program visibility
• Collaborate with program teams to document and showcase on-ground impact

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of experience in strategic communications or digital advocacy
• Proven expertise in storytelling and content creation
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and social media campaign management
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing tools, and PowerPoint
• A strong commitment to social impact and technology-enabled public good
