Job Title: Executive - Program & Communication Coordinator Reporting To: Operations Manager Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate Location: Chembur - Ghatla Village

The Program & Communication Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for handling communication through calls, messages, and WhatsApp. This role will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of meal sponsorships and unit sponsorship programs across all centers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and communication channels simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Management:

Serve as the first point of contact for the company by managing the primary phone line. Handle all inbound and outbound calls, messages, and WhatsApp inquiries on the Website in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate responses and relay important messages to the appropriate teams or individuals. Maintain a log of all communications for reference and follow-up.
2. Content Coordination & Proofreading:

Coordinate with all centers to collate content, including images, videos, and written narratives, for social media. Proofread and verify content accuracy before submission to the social media team to ensure it aligns with the organization's guidelines. Assist in creating engaging captions and hashtags as needed. 3. Meal / mate Program Coordination: Manage bookings for the Mealmate Program, ensuring all necessary details are collected and communicated to the respective centers. Work with center managers and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth execution of sponsored meals. Maintain accurate records of meal sponsorships and prepare reports on program outcomes.
4. Unit Sponsorship Program Coordination:

Handle bookings and scheduling for the Unit Sponsorship Program, coordinating with donors and centre managers. Monitor program implementation to ensure all sponsorship commitments are fulfilled. Update the sponsorship database and provide regular feedback and reports to management
5. Cross-Centre Coordination:

Act as a liaison between various centers to ensure smooth communication and uniform execution of programs. Conduct regular follow-ups with center managers to ensure adherence to program schedules and standards.
6. Administrative Support:

Maintain a calendar of upcoming events, sponsorships, and content deadlines. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for management review. Provide support in organizing events and donor visits as required.
Qualifications & Skills: -
Social media skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and social media platforms.
Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with donor management or volunteer coordination is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
