Youth of India Foundation is seeking a motivated and committed

Program Associate

to support the planning, coordination, and execution of its social development initiatives. The role involves working closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing social projects and CSR initiatives Coordinate with government bodies, partners, vendors, and field teams Maintain project documentation, reports, and data records Support monitoring of project timelines and deliverables Assist in proposal writing, presentations, and official communications Conduct field visits and support on-ground program execution Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines

Eligibility & Skills

Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Public Administration, Management, or related fields Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment Willingness to travel for field work, if required Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
