Job Description


The key role of the Coordinator is to coordinate and deliver the Programs of the organization.Roles & Responsibilities:To achieve the aim, the scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:Program Coordination:

  • End-to-end coordination with resource organizations, individuals & stakeholders.
  • Collate regular updates on program progress, outcomes, and impact as per directed by the Program manager.
  • Manage program volunteers ,interns, and supervision to ensure program success and sustainability.
  • Field visits as per the program requirement.
  • Assist Program manager in comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Do the required background research for various campaigns, events or elements under the program.
  • Develop and refine slide decks for presentations as per the program needs, as per Program Managers guidance.
QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Graduation in any relevant field such as social work, non-profit management, public policy, or related field.
  • Prior experience Working previously in the social service field preferred.
  • Undiluted passion for the development sector is required.
Work Ex : Fresher or at most 1 year of experience of the social sector.Skills : Ability to execute tasks independently. Communication and Presentation Skills Proficiency with the MS Office Quick learner.Language : Basic proficiency in reading, writing - English, Hindi, and Marathi.
