Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily operations of the Launchpad, Summer and Winter Program, including scheduling, logistics, and session management
Manage student onboarding, orientation, and communication throughout the program.
Travel and stay with the students during the duration of the course in various NMIMS campuses
Track attendance, participation, and assignment submissions across cohorts
Assist in scheduling and coordinating guest speakers, workshop facilitators and mentors
Share session briefs, collect feedback, and ensure follow-ups after each engagement
Support moderation during live sessions and mentor meetings (online/offline)
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in program/project management, preferably in the startup education, or innovation space
Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem development.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and customer success platforms is a plus.
