Key Responsibilities :
Admissions
? Enrol students into different programs using Google Forms, Google Sheets and the Register book.? Follow up with students via phone calls, messages, and social media.? Manage telephone inquiries.
Outreach
? Become a face of the Reality Group in the community.? Conduct and participate in community engagement activities.? Build WhatsApp and Instagram communities.? Build relationships with key members of the community.
Operation Task
? Assist in the administration and daily operations tasks? Check all the Centre equipments? Manage front deck activities
Administration
? Share program information with students.? Take pictures for social media engagement.? Support the program manager during guest visits.? Track student participation in workshops and other activities.
Facilitate Sessions
? Conduct sessions over the weekend (and during the week if required).? Prepare for sessions based on given lesson plans.? Support the centre manager in running sessions.
Skills Required:
Good English communication skills, Basic MS Excel / MS Office, Positive attitude & willingness to work and learn.
