Job Title Program Associate - E4Life PhD Support CSR Projects Heritage

Location Kollam, Kerala

Qualification MBA

Role Purpose Coordinate and monitor E4Life PhD milestones, support CSR project execution, manage Heritage outputs, ensure daily reporting, and enable smooth travel-logistics handover.

Key Responsibilities



E4Life PhD Support



Track societal-output milestones with Dr. Souresh; coordinate village-team support.

Run reviews:

2022 (3/month/student), 2023 (1/month), 2024 (1/2 months).



Share MoM after each meeting; close action items within deadlines.



Coordinate student travel/logistics; raise travel budget requests (no approvals).



Heritage Project - Sikkim



Organize/validate data; coordinate Multimedia team for final documentary.



Upload approved data to web portal; daily update to Dr. Amritesh (CC RM).



Support one publication target within 6 months.



CSR/Funding Projects - Coordination



Finalize scope, budgets, approvals follow-up; coordinate PR/PO/payment cycle.



Weekly progress meetings; ensure deliverables & client reports on time.



Track budgets vs spend; forecast overruns and support account settlement. Current projects: Jay Switch (Ransai, MH) | Wayanad | Internet (MP/AP/Odisha) | Devi Sea Foods (Idukki) | Bill & Gates



Reporting & Ad-hoc Support



Daily work update to Dr. Maneesha (CC RM) and support RM as required.



Travel Logistics Task Transfer



Create KT plan; schedule and complete transfer; validate readiness with new team.



Key Skills & Tools Project coordination, follow-up discipline, stakeholder management, MoM/reporting, budgeting & purchase tracking; Excel/Sheets, Docs/Drive, email
