Position Summary

We are looking for dynamic, organized, and committed individuals to join our core team as

Program & Outreach Associates

. This is a multifaceted role that offers the opportunity to lead grassroots operations, shape impactful events, engage youth networks, and contribute to the communication and content strategy of the Foundation. The ideal candidates are passionate about social change, have excellent coordination skills, and can think creatively to enhance outreach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program & Office Management

Oversee daily operations of the Foundation's office. Ensure timely and smooth execution of routine administrative tasks. Maintain accurate documentation, files, and project timelines.

2. Coordination & Communication

Liaise with various initiatives and verticals of the Foundation. Maintain regular communication with CSR partners, collaborators, and stakeholders. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as required.

3. Event Planning & Execution

Plan, organize, and execute key events such as Sant Eshwer Samman*, awareness drives, panel discussions, and sewa-based campaigns.
Coordinate logistics, volunteer management, guest handling, and post-event reporting.

4. Youth Engagement

Build and manage a network of NSS (National Service Scheme) volunteers and college student ambassadors. Design youth-led initiatives and coordinate activities with partner colleges and institutions.

5. Social Media & Content Development

Collaborate with the digital media team to curate content for the Foundation's platforms. Contribute ideas for increasing engagement and reach on social media. Draft and edit content related to awardees, events, and campaigns.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Public Policy, Management, or any related field. 1-3 years of work or volunteer experience in program coordination, social work, event management, or youth engagement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi proficiency required). Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Comfort with digital tools including MS Office, Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms. Passion for working in the non-profit/social impact sector.
