Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Program Advisor
with prior experience in the
EdTech industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students, pitching programs, and driving sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and working professionals on available programs and help them choose the right learning path.
Convert leads into enrollments through effective communication and sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong follow-ups and provide excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 6 months - 2 years in EdTech sales/counseling is a must.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Gender Preference:
Male candidates only.
Other:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
