Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective leads via inbound and outbound calls
Counsel students/parents on suitable programs and courses
Convert qualified leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Manage follow-up pipelines and ensure timely closures
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and sales-focused mindset
Prior experience in EdTech / Education sales is preferred
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an added advantage
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days preferred
