Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students/clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their educational or career needs.
Provide detailed information about our programs, offerings, and benefits.
Convert leads into enrollments by delivering effective sales presentations and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for process improvements.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with prior sales/counseling experience in EdTech or similar industries are preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple leads and work under pressure.
Must own a
personal laptop
for work purposes.
Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools (preferred).
