Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for students and clients, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
Nurture leads and keep them warm for present and future conversions through consistent follow-ups and
meaningful engagement.
Identify and qualify prospects, and schedule them for in-person or virtual counselling sessions.
Build and maintain structured follow-up strategies based on the source and maturity of leads.
Demonstrate assertiveness with a positive attitude--engaging confidently yet without being pushy.
Provide basic counselling and guidance to students on studying abroad, tailored to their chosen destination
countries.
Establish trust and credibility with students and their families by addressing queries and offering accurate
information.
Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities in CRM systems and other designated trackers.
Work in collaboration with the management team to refine calling scripts, strategies, and improve
conversion processes.
