We are looking for an experienced

Program Manager

to lead and manage

AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics training programs

. The role involves end-to-end program ownership including curriculum coordination, trainer management, learner experience, and delivery excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of

AI & Data-related training programs

Coordinate with trainers, subject matter experts, and internal teams Ensure course schedules, content, and learning outcomes are met Monitor learner progress, feedback, and program performance Work with business development and marketing teams on program launches Manage batches, certifications, assessments, and project delivery Ensure high-quality learner experience and placement readiness Track KPIs, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives Handle escalations related to trainers, learners, or delivery issues
Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred) 3-6 years of experience in

program management / academic operations / EdTech

Strong understanding of

AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics courses

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Experience working with trainers and technical teams Proficient in MS Office, LMS platforms, and basic project management tools
Preferred Skills

Experience in

EdTech, training institutes, or online learning platforms

Exposure to corporate or professional upskilling programs Agile or project management certification is a plus
