Job Overview:
The
Program Advisor - International Training Division
is responsible for guiding prospective students and professionals through the enrollment process for international training programs. The role involves understanding candidates' career goals, recommending suitable courses, and ensuring smooth onboarding. The advisor also supports marketing, admissions coordination, and maintains relationships with training partners and institutions abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Engagement & Counselling
Provide accurate information about Medical Licensing Exams (DHA, HAAD, MOH, Kuwait MOH, etc.), Language (German, Japanese, Hebrew), and Medical Coding courses.
Counsel students on course selection, eligibility criteria, training schedules, and career opportunities abroad.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person, over phone, or online).
Maintain a professional, positive, and motivating approach with all enquirers.
Admissions & Coordination
Manage the complete admission process - from enquiry to enrolment.
Maintain updated student records, follow-up lists, and enquiry conversion reports.
Coordinate with trainers, operations, and accounts departments for batch scheduling and fee collection.
Ensure timely communication to students about classes, assessments, and documentation requirements.
Business Development & Outreach
Support promotional events, webinars, and information sessions to attract potential students.
Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads through online and offline campaigns.
Maintain relationships with external partners, educational consultants, and institutional tie-ups.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell training programs to existing students.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Achieve monthly enrolment targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
Prepare daily/weekly enquiry and admission reports for management review.
Track feedback from students and suggest improvements in training and support services.
Continuous Learning & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on international exam requirements (HAAD, DHA, MOH, etc.), visa regulations, and language certification frameworks (Goethe, JLPT, etc.).
Attend internal training sessions to improve product knowledge and counselling effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree (preferred: education, business, or related fields).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, training sales, or education consulting. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Malayalam mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Tamil an advantage).
Strong organizational, follow-up, and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
