. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through program offerings, assisting with the admissions process, and helping them make informed decisions regarding their education goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students via inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and CRM.
Understand the educational goals, interests, and needs of potential students.
Provide detailed information on courses, program curriculum, duration, fees, and enrollment process.
Build strong rapport with students to ensure a high-quality advising experience.
Guide students through the application and enrollment process.
Follow up with leads regularly to increase conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets (calls, conversions, etc.).
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams for optimized lead management.
Provide feedback on student queries and market trends to improve offerings
