?Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Program Admission Manager to drive the admissions process, provide career guidance to students, and develop effective marketing strategies for our Hospitality & Hotel Management (HHM) educational programs. The role also includes building strong partnerships with educational institutions to promote HHM educational services through seminars, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Admissions Management:

Oversee the complete admission cycle--from lead generation to final enrolment. Engage with potential students and parents through calls, emails, and in-person counselling. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

Career Counselling:

Conduct personalized counselling sessions to understand students' academic goals and career aspirations. Guide students in selecting suitable educational programs aligned with their interests and strengths. Stay updated on academic trends, courses, and industry requirements.

Marketing & Outreach:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for educational programs, including offline and digital campaigns. Organize and coordinate seminars, webinars, workshops, and open houses to attract and engage prospective students. Collaborate with schools, colleges, and coaching centers to promote HHM educational program. Represent the organization at education fairs and community events.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or any related field. 3-8 years of relevant experience in admissions, counselling, or education marketing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student-first attitude. Experience in event coordination and institutional outreach is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
