Qualifications:

• M.Tech./MCA/Msc in Computer Science
• MCSA, CCNA certified engineer
• Nutanix certified professional
• VMware certified professional

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Windows Servers & service management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Sever Hardware/ RIAD/NAS management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Cisco network management
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Firewall management
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Citrix XenApp server
• Minimum 3 years' experience in backup, recovery & DR management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Desktop, Laptop, Printers & Mac
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Symantec Endpoint management

Role & Responsibility :

• Maintain and monitor all server, security and computer systems to meet the organization's current and future requirements and identify performance issues proactively.
• Daily Monitoring Nutanix server health & do the required updates.
• Active Directory Services, Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO), File Server Group Policy Management Console (GPMC), DHCP, DNS and WSUS.
• Network Configuration, configuration and compliance management (NCCCM), Installation of switches, routers, firewalls and other network devices.
• Planning, design and implementation of IT Infrastructure and Management solutions.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows Server operating systems of 2008 R2 / 2012 / 2016 Standard and Enterprise editions and other software.
• Backup and restoration of all AD, Microsoft File Server and SQL database & other servers through Veeam backup solution & NT Backup.
• Managing Web Domain & DNS record
• Managing Symantec Endpoint Antivirus Solution.
• Managing all Microsoft Office Products including O365 mail services.
• Managing all software licence & compliance.
• Managing Sonicwall Firewall & security.
• Managing lease line/broadband ISP.
• Managing Cisco video conference solution.
• Managing branch office's IT infra and ISP
• Managing & coordinating with vendors for all type of AMC's.
• Managing & maintaining of SAN, NAS, storage & LTO drive.
• Work within strict time frames and escalate incidents within defined time frames.
• Infrastructure coordination related to design and setup activities at different stages of a project.
• Installing and configuring of workstations & End-user technical & Hardware support.
• Knowledge of CCTV, PA, biometric & ACD system.
