Qualification Required:

B.Pharm and M.Pharm from a

PCI-recognized university

Ph.D. in relevant discipline (preferred but not mandatory as per PCI norms)

Experience:

Minimum

10 years of teaching and research experience

in a PCI-approved institution, with at least 5 years as an Associate Professor. Proven academic leadership, research contributions, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead academic planning, curriculum design, and delivery in line with PCI standards.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong subject knowledge in [Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Pharmacognosy - specify specialization]. Excellent teaching, communication, and mentoring skills. Research orientation with project/grant handling experience. Leadership and administrative capabilities. Commitment to academic excellence and institutional development.

Employment Type:

Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in academics, projects, and research. Supervise M.Pharm dissertations and contribute to Ph.D. research (if applicable). Conduct and publish high-quality research in reputed national and international journals. Mentor and develop faculty members in teaching and research excellence. Participate actively in departmental and institutional committees. Ensure compliance with PCI, UGC, and university regulations. Collaborate with industry, research organizations, and professional bodies for academic and research growth. Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance academic engagement.
