Key Responsibilities:

Lead academic delivery, curriculum planning, and quality assurance in line with PCI guidelines. Mentor faculty and students in research, publications, and innovative teaching practices. Guide postgraduate and doctoral research projects. Coordinate with IQAC, R&D, and Examination departments for academic excellence. Contribute to institutional growth through consultancy, collaborations, and industry partnerships.

Candidate Requirements:

Ph.D. in Pharmacy with a first-class degree at B.Pharm or M.Pharm level (mandatory).
Minimum

10 years of experience

in teaching/research/industry, out of which

at least 5 years must be as an Associate Professor

.

Proven research record with publications in reputed journals and involvement in funded projects preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities. PCI registration and compliance required.
