Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Professor in Nursing (Medical-Surgical / Mental Health) to lead teaching, clinical training, and research activities as per INC and University norms.

Key Responsibilities

Teach UG/PG Nursing students and deliver theory & clinical sessions. Guide students in assignments, seminars, and dissertations. Supervise clinical postings and ensure competency-based training. Contribute to curriculum development, NAAC/NIRF documentation, and academic committees. Lead research projects and publish in reputed journals.

Eligibility

M.Sc. Nursing (MSN/MHN) - Mandatory. Ph.D. (preferred). Minimum

10 - 12 years teaching experience

with

5 years post-M.Sc.

(as per INC norms).

Strong subject knowledge, leadership, communication, and research ability.
