Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nursing
Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and thesis work
Develop academic curriculum, lesson plans, and course materials
Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and academic audits
Guide junior faculty and participate in faculty development initiatives
Engage in scholarly research, publications, and academic forums
Ensure compliance with academic regulations and quality standards (e.g., INC, NAAC, UGC)
