Experience:
Minimum 10 years of academic/industry/research experience
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced-level lectures and modules in management disciplines.
Lead curriculum development, course design, and innovation aligned with global management trends.
Guide postgraduate students in research, dissertations, and entrepreneurial projects.
Conduct and publish high-impact research in national and international journals.
Participate in national and international academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Establish industry and academic collaborations for training, consultancy, and placements.
Serve on academic committees, boards, and contribute to institutional growth.
Ensure alignment with quality standards such as NAAC, NBA, and UGC norms.
Eligibility Criteria:
Ph.D. in Management/Business Administration or relevant specialization (MANDATORY)
Consistent academic track record with excellent communication skills
Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry.
Published a minimum number of research papers as per UGC/AICTE norms
Experience in curriculum design, accreditation processes, and mentoring research scholars
Strong leadership, team collaboration, and organizational skills
