Roles & Responsibilities:

Teaching postgraduate and undergraduate courses in Management with excellence and innovation. Developing curriculum, case studies, and research projects in line with global academic and industry standards. Guiding research scholars, Ph.D. candidates, and student projects. Publishing impactful research in reputed national and international journals. Building strong academia-industry linkages to enhance student learning and employability. Mentoring faculty members and contributing towards institutional development. Playing an active role in accreditation processes, quality assurance, and policy-making at the institute level.

Qualifications & Experience (As per AICTE/UGC norms):

Essential:

Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration or allied disciplines from a recognized university. First Class in MBA (regular) or equivalent degree. Minimum

10 years of teaching/research/industry experience

, of which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent.

Desirable:

Strong research credentials with publications in Scopus/ABDC/UGC-listed journals. Proven track record of guiding Ph.D. scholars and securing funded research projects. Industry exposure, consultancy experience, or participation in management development programs. Leadership abilities in academic administration and policy formulation.
