to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have strong academic expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to guiding students toward academic and professional success.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials in line with the academic curriculum.
Prepare course plans, study materials, and assessment tools.
Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
Guide and mentor students in projects, research, and career planning.
Stay updated on developments in the subject area and integrate new knowledge into teaching.
Participate in curriculum design, departmental meetings, and academic initiatives.
Attend seminars, conferences, and faculty development programs to enhance professional skills.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong command over the subject area with proven teaching experience.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Research-oriented mindset with publications (preferred).
Ability to create an engaging and student-centered learning environment.
Proficiency with educational technology and digital teaching methods.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
