Key Responsibilities:
Lead the department in academic planning, curriculum development, and quality teaching.
Deliver lectures for undergraduate/postgraduate programs.
Manage faculty workload, timetables, and departmental activities.
Guide and mentor students in projects, research, and career development.
Coordinate with industry for internships, placements, guest lectures, and MoUs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Ph.D. in Computer Science / IT (mandatory).
M.Tech / ME with First Class.
5+ years of teaching experience in engineering colleges.
Supervise faculty development and performance evaluation.
