Teaching and Mentorship:

Deliver lectures, seminars, and bedside teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate students. Supervise surgical residents and interns, and guide them in clinical skills.

Clinical Practice:

Lead surgical teams in complex procedures, manage pre- and post-operative patient care, and develop treatment plans for surgical cases.

Research:

Conduct research in surgical techniques and assist in the preparation of dissertations for postgraduate students.

Patient Care:

Provide high-quality patient care, including performing surgical procedures, and ensure comprehensive management of patients under their care.

Academic and Administrative:

Participate in curriculum development and review, assist in student assessment, and contribute to the departmental and administrative activities.

Professional Development:

Stay updated with advancements in the field and present research at conferences.
Required skills and qualifications

Education:

A medical degree (MBBS) with a Master of Surgery (MS) or equivalent is required.

Leadership:

Experience in leading medical teams and managing clinical activities.

Teaching and Mentorship:

Strong ability to educate and guide students and residents.

Clinical Skills:

Expertise in general surgery, including performing a wide range of surgical procedures.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills for teaching, patient care, and collaborating with other medical specialties.

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per month
