Key Responsibilities Teaching & Academic Duties.
Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in pharmaceutical chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and related subjects.
Develop and update course content in accordance with current scientific advances and regulatory standards.
Guide and mentor postgraduate (M.Pharm) and doctoral (Ph.D.) students.
Conduct laboratory classes, seminars, and workshops.
Evaluate student performance through examinations, assessments, and practical evaluations.
Research & Scholarly Activities
Conduct independent and collaborative research in pharmaceutical/medicinal chemistry.
Publish research findings in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
Present research at scientific conferences and symposia.
Apply for and secure research grants from government and private funding agencies.
Supervise research scholars and research projects.
Academic Leadership & Service
