Minimum Academic Requirements :-

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory) M.Pharm. in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory) Strong research background with publications in reputed journals Teaching and research experience as per UGC/PCI norms

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Deliver high-quality teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs Guide research scholars (Ph.D. and M.Pharm. students) Develop and supervise innovative research projects in Pharmaceutical Chemistry Sciences Contribute to curriculum design, academic planning, and departmental development Publish in peer-reviewed journals and participate in conferences/seminars Mentor students for academic excellence and career development Actively participate in university committees and contribute to institutional growth.
