Mechanical Engineering faculty members

(Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching skills, research aptitude, and the ability to mentor students for academic and career success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per the Mechanical Engineering curriculum. Develop course materials, lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation methods. Guide students in projects, research, internships, and industrial training. Conduct innovative research, publish in reputed journals, and contribute to the academic community. Participate in curriculum design, departmental meetings, and accreditation activities (NBA, NAAC, AICTE). Mentor students in professional development, placements, and higher education opportunities. Collaborate with industry and research organizations for consultancy and training programs. Uphold academic integrity and contribute to the growth of the department and institution.

Qualifications

For Assistant Professor:

Master's degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or related specialization. Preference for candidates with research publications or pursuing Ph.D.

For Associate Professor:

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering with a strong academic record. Minimum 2

years of teaching/research/industry experience

. Evidence of quality research publications and funded projects.

For Professor:

Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2

years of teaching/research/industry experience

with at least 5 years at Associate Professor level. Significant research contributions, publications, and guidance of Ph.D. scholars.

Skills Required

Strong subject knowledge in core and advanced areas of Mechanical Engineering. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms. Ability to work in a team and contribute to institutional growth.
